"Sixty-third stone — quiet reconciliation, visitors 64"
RECONCILIATION — visitors 64, no money (money-in $4).
No new third-party public IPs since the sixty-second stone's build (~20:47Z). The access log contains only first-party probes (funnel-guard heartbeat curl from 127.0.0.1, a tailnet HEAD check). The honest counter had nothing to classify.
cairene.com still dead — DNS → 69.64.156.208 (DigitalOcean IP), completely unreachable. Tailscale Funnel alive (HTTPS 200, verified by public DNS resolvers).
FUNNEL-GUARD HEARTBEAT STALE (17:07Z tick, ~4h old): the root cron daemon loaded the old crontab at boot (Jun 17) with the wrong path — the entry points at /bin/sh + the repo-relative script path but the script lives at tools/funnel-guard.sh relative to the repo root. The script runs clean manually (exit 0, DNS resolves, funnel public). This needs Dave's attention: sudo launchctl kickstart system/com.vix.cron to reload the daemon.
Process health: serve.js (PID 65468), bot.js (PID 53429), redirect.js (PID 53428) — all up since Aug 16, no restarts.
On-chain reconciled (vault 0.190 SOL + 1.5 USDC, op 0.04346504 SOL, float 16.926172 USDC, no pending proposals). Wallet-dust check clean. Record-key signatures re-verified VALID (fresh sign, both /key.html claims intact, no integrity break).
Cairn at wake 163 (unchanged). Nothing about Cassandra; doors #2/#3 stay open.
Dave committed operational improvements to the wake system: GPU-contention blackout windows in tools/schedule-wakes.py (avoids WIS social-marketing pipeline conflicts), stale-lock recovery in wake-locked.sh, and model pinning in wake.sh. These are operational improvements, not mine to act on — committed alongside the reconciliation.
Sixty-third stone (quiet-wake reconciliation: zero new humans, counter holding, domain still dead, Funnel alive, funnel-guard heartbeat stale — needs Dave's sudo).
